Never wear anything tight or uncomfortable during pregnancy. You clothes should hang from the shoulders. Avoid any tight bands around the waist or legs at this time. Comfortable low-heeled shoes are best. High heels may throw you off balance, especially during the later months of pregnancy. Lower heels are always advisable. Walking is important during pregnancy.
