Ingredients:
1 soft flour tortilla
2 to 3 tbsp guacamole
45 g cooked chicken breasts, thinly sliced
25 g iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Spread the guacamole over the tortilla.
Add the chicken slices and lettuce, and a little dressing.
Fold the tortilla in half like an omelet and serve.
For a meat free alternative substitute the chicken with a low fat cheese such as Edam.

75 g cooked chicken meat
800 ml light vegetable stock or dashi ( a Japanese stock available from Japanese supermarkets)
3 tbsp miso
