Weight-Loss Tips and Tricks: Get Plenty of Vitamin C
People who have adequate levels of Vitamin C burn 30 percent more body fat during a bout of moderate exercise than those with low levels of Vitamin C, according to research at Arizona State University.


Consider this good reason to consume lots of citrus fruits and juices, red peppers, papaya and strawberries.
