Garlic a Food You Won’t Forget

Eating garlic may improve your mind. Researchers in Pakistan found that rats fed a puree of garlic and water performed better on a memory test than rats that weren’t fed the mixture. Consuming garlic may increase brain level of serotonin, which has been show to enhance memory function, say the scientists. More studies are needed to detrmine exactly  how garlic affects human.
