Lemon Zest Ricotta Crème: Light and Luscious
Craving for something creamy, dreamy, yet surprisingly sinless?
This one’s your best bet. It’s delicious and satisfying, plus really easy to make! In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese, 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/4 sugar sugar substitute. Chill. Top with 1 teaspon minced or grated lemon zest before serving.
