Which one is more Healthier Veggie fried rice or Veggie chow mein?
It’s a noodles by a nose. At Panda Express, vegetables fried rice contains more calories than the noodles (390 compared to 330), slightly more saturated fat (2.5 grams compared to 2 grams) and more significantly, only half the fiber (2 grams compared 4).
The noodles do contain more sodium (810 mg compared to 740 mg), but the difference is the negligible and both are high. A better option is steamed rice which contains comparable calories (330) but no saturated fat and only 20 mg os sodium. An even better choice is brown rice, if it’s available.
