A warm bath for pregnant

Take your usual daily bath. A shower or sponge bath are equally good. In later pregnancy a shower may be more practical. Be careful not to slip. Do not use any vaginal douche unless your doctor tells you to. Don’t pamper yourself. Pregnancy is a perfectly normal process. It is the most rewarding of all human experiences. Just relax and enjoy yourself. You have nothing to fear, for nature has provided everything for you.
