It’s best to do this after you have eaten lunch so that your body will start digesting the food right away. Most jobs provide a long enough lunch break to grab a quick bite and go for a walk. If you are going to school, go for a walk in between classes. Try to walk for at least 10-15 minutes. Taking these short walks on a daily basis adds up.
