Avocado & Chicken Tortilla Healthy Recipe
- 1 soft flour tortilla
- 2 to 3 tbsp guacamole
- 45 g cooked chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 25 g iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper
- Spread the guacamole over the tortilla.
- Add the chicken slices and lettuce, and a little dressing.
- Fold the tortilla in half like an omelet and serve.
- For a meat free alternative substitute the chicken with a low fat cheese such as Edam.
