Healthy Recipe 10-Minute Asian Marinade
This 10-minute marinade is best used for chicken or fish!
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/4 cup calamansi juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
- 6 tablespoons fish sauce (patis)
- Mix coconut milk, calamansi juice, cilantro leaves, and fish sauce (patis).
- Place fish or chicken and marinate for at least 10 minutes. Grill or fry and serve.
