Healthy Recipe Bulalo

- 1/2 kg beef
- 1 1/2 liters water
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 10 pieces whole peppercorn
- 2 packs New MAGGI SABAW Beef Granules
- 1 ear corn, quartered
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups sliced cabbage
- patis to taste
- Place water, beef and onions in a pot. Bring to a boil, then add peppercorns. Let simmer for 1 hour or until beef is tender.
- When beef is close to tender, pour in New MAGGI SABAW Beef Granules.
- Add corn and potatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Add cabbage and remove from heat. Add patis to taste. Serve hot.
