Healthy Recipe Cauliflower and Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 1 small head cauliflower (coarsely chopped, white part removed)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced basil
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- In a pan, cook 1 small head cauliflower (coarsely chopped, white part removed) in 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil until browned.
- On one side of the pan, sauté 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic until aromatic.
- Pour in 1 cup diced tomatoes, 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes, and 1 1/2 tablespoons minced basil. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Mix with cauliflower; season with salt and pepper.
