Healthy Recipe Chicken Tinola (Chicken in Ginger Broth)
Welcome the rainy season with the goodness of warm soups cooked just the way you like it. Try this Chicken Tinola (Chicken in Ginger Broth).
- 1 tsbp cooking oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1.2 cupl sliced onions
- 1 tbsp sliced ginger
- 1/2 kg chicken, cut into serving pieces
- patis to taste
- 4 cups water
- 2 packs New MAGGI MYSABAW Chicken Granules
- 2 cups papaya wedges
- 1 cup sili leaves
- Saute chicken with garlic, onions and ginger. Add patis to paste. Simmer until chicken changes in color.
- Pour water and bring to a boil.
- Add New MAGGI MYSABAW Chicken Granules.
- Add papaya. Cover pot and let simmer for 10 minutes until papaya is cooked through.
- Turn off the heat and add sili leaves. Serve hot.
