- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1/3 cup finely chopped mixed fresh herbs(basil, mint, Italian parsley, watercress, and chives)
- 250 grams cooked angel hair pasta,
- In a pan, mix cream, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes until reduced and thick.
- Add Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs; simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss with angel hair pasta.
