Try this Healthy Recipe Flavored Corn Kernels at home.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan; cook 1/2 onion (sliced finely) until translucent. Slice 1 2-inch piece pepperoni into fie strips, add to the onions; mix. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in 2 cans whole corn kernels (drained) to the mixture.
Best with: ROast beef, roast lamb, roast chicken and fried chicken.
