Healthy Recipe Mango and Green Grapes Salad with Dill
- 1 ripe mango (cubed)
- 100 grams green grapes (rinsed and halved)
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (drained)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- In a bowl, toss together 1 ripe mango (cubed), 100 grams green grapes (rinsed and halved), 1/3 cup chopped celery, and 2 tablespoons chopped dill. Chill.
- Make the dressing: Mix together 1/2 cup cottage cheese (drained), 1/2 cup sour cream, and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Toss with the fruit.
