Healthy Recipe Warm Couscous Salad with Zuchini & Mandarin Orange

Try this Healthy Recipe Warm Couscous Salad with Zuchini & Mandarin Orange at home. This food is  best with Moroccan-style chicken, lamb, and beef stew.

Ingredient:

  • 3/4 cup couscous
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 zucchini, sliced and boiled
  • 1 can mandarin orange, drained
  • 1 finely chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions

Directions:

  1. In a pan, mix couscous and butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour in boiling water; cover and set aside 15 minutes. Toss.
  3. Add zucchini, mandarin orange, finely chopped tomato, and chopped spring onions.
