Whole-Wheat Pizza Margherita
Who can refuse a slice of this Italian classic?
Now you can indulge without the guilt! Top a small store-bought whole-wheat pizza crust with 1 large tomato (sliced thinly into rounds) and 1/2 cup thinly sliced mozzarella cheese. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, if desired. Bake pizza in a preheated oven until slightly toasted and cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Slice and sever. Makes 1.
